the second iteration of our long wallet series has been hand cut from a butter soft full grain washed and tumbled 1.2mm vegetable tanned albino horse culatta leather. culatta is a special cut combined of the rear just above the cordovan, the belly middles and the hind shanks, offering a dense structure, tight grain and medium to firm temper.
hand crafted over an 18 hour period without the use of machines, the wallet has been sewn with a grey hand waxed 0.65mm japanese linen thread using the running stitch technique. a custom raw .925 sterling silver buckle closure to the front is fastened with a wrap around strap. multiple card slots to the the interior allow you to hold up to 16 cards and are complimented by a riri m4 zipper pocket with a custom zipper pull. a large note or passport compartment on the opposite side features subtle details such as the small silver bar under the branding and the colour of the thread which is chosen to highlight the raw silver front closure. each piece comes in a handmade leather pouch.
